Our Rates vary according to the season. All Room rates are per person. There is an option for breakfast and/or lunch

General terms and conditions

All our rates are quoted inclusive of relevant taxes, levies and service charges, and on a per-room basis (unless stated otherwise). Although subject to change without prior notice, all rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honored

 In those cases where the quoted rates are affected by changes in government taxation, we reserve the right to pass on such increases to our clients.

During the high season period, a non-refundable deposit (equivalent to the cost of the first night's accommodation) will be required to secure any booking.

We regret that we cannot offer any credits for any meals that are not taken on full-board accommodation plans

We regret that we cannot accept personal cheques unless they have cleared through our accounts system before the arrival of our clients. We are pleased to accept to accept the following cards: Visa, Access/ Master Card, American Express, JCB, Senator and Diners International. We also accept proprietary traveller’s cheques.
